CR SPECIAL 16 is based on the results of the international Climate Prediction and Agriculture (CLIMAG) program initiated in 1999. The program is aimed at improving the use of climate information for the benefit of smallholder farmers in developing countries, by helping them to anticipate and adapt to climate extremes.
We are pleased to make the online version of this CR SPECIAL available with Open Access.
